OTC/Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst – German Language

About the role

The OTC/Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst will be the focal point for customer AR issues across all entities, handling phone interactions and managing escalations. The role involves analysing trends, improving processes and delivering MIS reporting while supporting working capital improvement targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of AR issues.
• Create visibility models, analyse trends, identify root causes and provide MIS reporting.
• Perform regular KPI and SLA reviews, reconcile customer accounts and drive working‑capital improvement.
• Develop standardized processes, identify automation opportunities and produce financial customer reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid experience in Accounts Receivable, including escalations, reconciliations and overdue account management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to build models, analyse data and improve processes.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to collaborate with global teams.
