Order-to-Cash Accountant (Hungarian) – Finance Managed Services

About the role

We are looking for an Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) Accountant fluent in Hungarian to join PwC’s Finance Managed Services team in Gdańsk. You will support both domestic and international clients, handling invoicing, receivables and cash‑collection activities while contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue invoices.
• Support invoicing and billing processes and maintain customer account data in ERP systems.
• Contact customers via email and phone regarding payments and resolve payment issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes and returns.
• Prepare reports on receivables, overdue invoices and collection activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, Sales and other internal stakeholders.
• Support cash‑collection activities to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the O2C area.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English and Hungarian.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, Billing or Collections.
• Experience in customer‑facing invoicing, payment follow‑ups or dispute resolution.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
