Operations Engineer Intern – Document Lifecycle

About the role

TalentBank is an internship program of the Digital Technology Centre in Poland, offering students and recent graduates the chance to gain professional experience in IT and banking. As an Operations Engineer Intern you will support stable application operations, learn operational processes, tools and standards, and contribute to automation and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily application operations, monitoring and basic health checks of environments.
• Assist with change, release and deployment activities by preparing documentation and following defined procedures.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles and audit evidence.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using basic scripting where appropriate.
• Use service management tools to track incidents, changes, tasks and operational requests.
• Collaborate with developers, operations engineers and business stakeholders in an agile, international environment.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of IT operations and application support.
• Linux/Unix basics.
