Marketing Specialist – Europe

About the role

Addepto, part of the KMS Technology group, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead its European growth. Based in Poland, you will join the global inbound marketing team and shape the company’s presence across European markets during a pivotal integration phase.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute Addepto/KMS participation in European industry events, from selection and logistics to on‑site delivery and post‑event follow‑up.
• Design and run marketing campaigns tailored to European audiences, aligning with global strategy while adapting messaging, channels and timing.
• Support inbound marketing initiatives with a focus on AI‑driven search visibility, helping evolve content and technical approaches for generative search engines.
• Collaborate daily with inbound marketing colleagues in Poland and cross‑regional teams in the US and Vietnam, contributing to the Addepto–KMS integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event coordination and campaign management within B2B environments.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search technologies and content optimisation.
• Ability to work independently and across international, multicultural teams.
