Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

This role exists to ensure marketing work ships on time and error‑free – from triaging requests to building campaigns, emails and programs. You’ll be the operational engine, owning end‑to‑end execution and partnering on key marketing operations projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build campaigns, emails and landing pages in Marketo, including quick‑turn sends and internal communications.
• Execute marketing emails and campaign builds across automation platforms and other tools.
• Serve as first point of contact for campaign, email and ops requests – triaging, spec’ing and routing.
• Own the marketing operations calendar, ensuring launch timing and asset readiness.
• Run QA gates, make ship/no‑ship decisions and maintain data hygiene through deduplication and list cleanup.

Required profile

• 2–4 years experience in marketing operations or coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, error‑free output.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of email best practices.
