Manager – CEE Managed Services Growth & Transformation

About the role

The CEE Managed Services Growth & Transformation team at PwC is looking for a Manager to drive go‑to‑market initiatives, turn data insights into actionable recommendations and support strategic projects across the Central and Eastern Europe region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth and transformation road‑maps for priority business areas.
• Analyse market and internal data to produce business recommendations and client segmentation models.
• Prepare high‑impact presentations and materials for senior leadership and Partner‑level discussions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on strategic initiatives and client development programs.

Required profile

• Strong interest in the intersection of strategy, business development and market analysis.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in growth, go‑to‑market, commercial excellence or business transformation projects.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive topics forward.
• Fluent English speaker, able to work in an international environment.

Required skills

• Experience using AI‑powered automation and analysis tools for information processing and content creation.
