Logistics Specialist – Carrier Management

About the role

As a Logistics Specialist in the Logistic Execution Department, you will manage relationships with carriers and logistics partners while supporting transportation planning across a global network. Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with transportation carriers, freight providers, and logistics partners.
• Source, evaluate, onboard, and retain qualified carriers in line with company standards.
• Identify carrier performance issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support transportation planning and capacity management by keeping an effective carrier network.
• Resolve operational, billing, service, and performance issues promptly.
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations on carrier performance and network opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in carrier management, transportation, logistics, procurement, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong command of English (B2/C1 level).

Required skills

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Project‑management capabilities, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
