Lead Consultant / Program Lead (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a remote Lead Consultant/Program Lead to drive agile delivery and long‑term customer relationships for its Vault Development Cloud solutions. You will lead technical teams, manage release programs, and partner with large, strategic life‑sciences customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for customers using Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between managed‑services teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties.
• Oversee release management programs, including resource planning, tracking, and forecasting.
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven program‑management track record leading implementation or post‑implementation teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Project Management certification or equivalent relevant experience.
