As a Lead Business Analyst you will act as a trusted partner to Finance stakeholders, helping identify, prioritize, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, automation, digital solutions, and AI adoption across Finance operations.
• Lead business analysis activities for transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and implementation support.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand challenges, develop solutions, and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Controls, developers, and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support end‑to‑end process transformation projects, redesign ways of working, and improve operational performance.
• Analyze process and operational data to build business cases and support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Excellence professional, Finance Transformation specialist or similar.
• Experience partnering with Finance, IT, Compliance, Controls and external vendors.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Fluent English proficiency.
