L3 Device Management Specialist

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring an L3 Device Management Specialist in Wroclaw. As the Tier-3 (SME) escalation point for enterprise endpoint management, you ensure reliable, secure and compliant management of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. While Workspace ONE tenant administration is part of the role, the main focus is L3 engineering: complex troubleshooting, patch and vulnerability strategy, automation at scale and delivery governance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce standards across enrollment, policies, packaging, patching and compliance
• Lead RCA/Problem activities and secure changes through CAB discipline
• Enable L2 through runbooks and coaching
• Work on complex troubleshooting, patch/vulnerability strategy, automation and delivery governance

Required profile

• 3+ years in EUC/UEM/Device Management with Tier-3 troubleshooting responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience delivering packaging, patching and compliance standards at enterprise scale
• English at least B1; French or Italian is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong Workspace ONE expertise (policies, profiles, compliance, smart groups, Intelligence, automation)
• Patch and vulnerability management methods (rings, validation, remediation governance)
• Troubleshooting across OSes and UEM components (agent, certificates, policy conflicts)
• Automation: PowerShell, Bash/Python basics, API usage, Git
• PKI/SCEP fundamentals, Entra ID join and device access principles
• ITIL v4 (Incident/Problem/Change) and RCA mindset, strong documentation
• Nice to have: advanced packaging and deployment engineering (Win32/MSIX, macOS pkg, mobile managed apps)
• Preferred certifications: Workspace ONE Administrator/Specialist, Jamf 200+/300+, ITIL v4 Foundation, Entra ID fundamentals
