About the role

KONE is looking for a Service Manager (k/m/nb) to lead and develop a team of Conservators in Szczecin, Poland. The role involves ensuring high‑quality maintenance services, maintaining client relationships and driving business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and develop the team of Conservators.
• Maintain relationships with clients.
• Achieve set business targets and implement company processes and procedures.
• Eliminate hazards and ensure safety for staff and building users.
• Plan service repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues on offers and technical contract terms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in team management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Good command of English (verified during interview).
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proactive communication and teamwork skills.
• Higher education (technical or commercial) is a plus.
