Junior Financial Controller (AI-driven SaaS)

About the role

Join Tidio, a fast‑growing AI‑driven SaaS company, as a Junior Financial Controller. You will work remotely from Poland, supporting a tight‑knit eight‑person finance team and gaining insight into the financial dynamics of a high‑growth tech business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and build financial models for budget planning.
• Perform variance analysis, identify performance drivers, and prepare management reports.
• Participate in monthly reporting meetings with C‑level executives and document meeting notes.
• Recommend actions based on data analysis and comparative studies.
• Monitor cost controls, especially app spend related to large language models (LLMs).
• Coordinate document acceptance and payment processes with the accounting team.
• Partner with business stakeholders to explain cost variances and provide ad‑hoc reporting.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a finance or controlling role.
• Proactive, methodical, and hands‑on attitude with strong ownership.
• Ability to generate new ideas and optimise processes.
• Adaptable to change and open to adjusting direction as needed.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with VBA programming.
• Familiarity with Power Query (advantageous).
