Junior B2B Customer Service Officer with Italian

About the role

Join BASF as a Junior B2B Customer Service Officer supporting Italian‑speaking customers. You will ensure smooth order‑to‑cash processes and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to dedicated B2B customers throughout the order‑to‑cash cycle.
• Monitor order fulfillment and intervene when customer satisfaction is at risk.
• Represent customer interests within BASF, handling complaints and delivering professional responses.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics and transport teams locally and abroad.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the system in line with company and legal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• First relevant experience in sales administration or business customer service (advantageous).
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English and Italian.
• Strong communication, teamwork and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP, preferably the SD module.
• Experience with Salesforce (advantageous).
