Indirect Materials Planner

About the role

Join a team that plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring the right indirect materials are available at the right time. You will drive inventory optimization, support business continuity, and contribute to process improvements that enable operational excellence across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control indirect materials and consumable parts for assigned product portfolios to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP, monitor deliveries, resolve supply issues, and confirm invoices against purchase orders.
• Analyze inventory performance, set optimal reorder points, and maintain master data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Generate MRP‑based supply plans, collaborate with buyers and schedulers, and manage excess and obsolete inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, materials planning or procurement.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
