HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support across a wide range of HR areas. You will play a key role in driving business performance by translating business needs into effective people strategies and ensuring a high level of employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide advice and coaching to managers on workforce planning, talent development, performance management and employee relations.
• Lead and support initiatives such as annual performance reviews, salary reviews, employee engagement activities and talent management processes.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR services.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for data‑informed decision‑making.
• Support organizational change initiatives and ensure clear communication throughout transformations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in matrix global organizations; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
