Head of Product (f/m/d) - Mobile Games

About the role

Ten Square Games, a mobile gaming studio behind titles such as Fishing Clash, is hiring a Head of Product (f/m/d) in Wroclaw, Poland. You will shape a game from its first idea through launch and beyond, turning player insights and data into engaging features while working alongside production, design and marketing. The role is hybrid: three days per week (60%) in the Wroclaw office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Support all stages of game development, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Define product strategy, set priorities and shape direction.
• Use data science and analytics to inform product decisions and understand player behaviour.
• Prioritise features, manage the product backlog and oversee development with Producers and Project Managers.
• Drive best practices in live game operations across all live titles and lead initiatives to maximise user engagement and monetisation.
• Partner with production to align design processes with project management and resources, and collaborate with marketing to boost engagement and growth.
• Champion user experience and act as a key member of the product leadership team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership in mobile games.
• Proven track record of using data to guide product decisions and improve KPIs.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis and data-driven experimentation.
• Ability to define and track core KPIs such as retention, ARPU, DAU/MAU, LTV and conversion rates, and to build a data-informed product roadmap.
• Understanding of user funnels, monetisation models and lifecycle metrics.
• Strong decision-making based on ROI and business impact, and clear communication of data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
