Head of Portfolio Delivery

About the role

Callstack is looking for a Head of Portfolio Delivery to steer a high‑value portfolio of digital projects in its Wrocław office. You will be responsible for a portfolio generating 150‑200 million PLN annually and for leading a delivery organisation of more than 150 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the portfolio’s P&L, ensuring revenue targets, margins and burn rates are met.
• Lead and mentor a delivery team of 150+ engineers, project managers and consultants.
• Act as the bridge between delivery, sales and technical innovation, supporting pre‑sales solutioning and guaranteeing feasibility and profitability.
• Introduce and standardise project‑management methodologies across all projects.
• Monitor project profitability, utilisation rates and client satisfaction.
• Develop strategic partnerships and collaborate with the Head of Engineering and Head of Customer Success to align technical value propositions.
• Identify and drive upselling and cross‑selling opportunities together with the Account Management team.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in delivery management of large, multi‑million‑euro portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing P&L and optimizing margins.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Ability to work on‑site 2‑3 days a week in Wrocław and thrive in a hybrid environment.
