Global Order Operations Analyst, Small Markets (6 Months FTC)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Global Order Operations Analyst to serve as the single point of contact for strategic accounts. The role covers the full customer order lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication, accurate reporting, and timely delivery across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for strategic account inquiries and provide consolidated order and delivery reports.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, product queries, returns, and discounts.
• Ensure customer‑specific requirements (e.g., bagging, booking, VAS levelling) are met according to compliance agreements.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Logistics, Sales, and Merchandising Planning to guarantee timely shipments and address supply challenges.
• Maintain accurate customer data and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee external service provider performance for Order Management (OM) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Drive EDI implementation and support business plan execution for strategic accounts.
• Monitor cash collection, support legal and bad‑debt processes, and assist in dispute resolution and chargebacks.
• Investigate and resolve unclear remittance details and billing discrepancies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B or e‑commerce customer service.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system (2–3 years preferred).
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF statements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English (written and verbal); Czech or French a plus.
