Global Order Operations Analyst – Italian (10‑month FTC)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Global Order Operations Analyst who is fluent in English and Italian to manage key customer accounts, oversee the full order lifecycle, and support accounts receivable activities. The role works closely with sales, finance, logistics and external partners to ensure accurate delivery and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with specialty, strategic and top accounts, acting as the main point of contact for order status.
• Monitor and manage the complete order lifecycle from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy, fulfillment and on‑time shipping.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales and planning teams to resolve supply challenges and comply with customer‑specific requirements (e.g., VAS, EDI).
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, claims and issue resolution.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collections and overdue payments; support legal/collection processes and credit risk decisions.
• Investigate billing issues, disputes and chargebacks.
• Analyse order book, risks and opportunities to support forecasting and provide financial insights to sales and finance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, SOX controls and company policies; maintain accurate customer and order data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1‑2 years of corporate experience, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Order management and cash‑collection experience.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Italian.
• Good understanding of logistical processes across markets.

Required skills

• SAP or a similar ERP order‑management system.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements).
• Experience with EDI (electronic data interchange) interfaces.
• Familiarity with supplier portal applications such as Vendor Central.

What we offer

• Hybrid work model – three days per week in the Warsaw office.
• Fixed‑term contract for 10 months.
• Gross annual salary range PLN 96,000 – 127,900 (based on qualifications and performance).
