Global 3PP Supply Chain Leader – H&AM (all genders)

About the role

The Global 3PP Supply Chain Leader H&AM owns the end‑to‑end strategy, operating model, commercial performance and supply‑chain execution of Philips’ global Third‑Party Products portfolio. The role transforms regional operations into a scalable, profitable, customer‑focused global capability and links supplier strategy, planning, procurement and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global 3PP strategy, target operating model, governance and multi‑year transformation roadmap.
• Own global operational and commercial performance of the 3PP network, including service, quality, cost, delivery, margin and working capital.
• Lead strategic supplier relationships, negotiations, onboarding and performance improvement plans.
• Partner with regional S&OP, Procurement and suppliers to align demand forecasts, capacity, inventory and fulfillment plans.
• Drive revenue growth, gross‑margin improvement and digital/eStore enablement in partnership with Commercial and Product Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, procurement, external manufacturing or business transformation.
• Proven experience leading strategic supplier partnerships, negotiations and cost‑productivity programs.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to develop business cases, margin analysis and benefits realization.
