German Localization Games Tester (Freelance) – Warsaw

About the role

TransPerfect Games is seeking a native‑German speaker to join its Warsaw office as a freelance Game Localization QA Tester. You will work on a variety of titles, from indie projects to AAA releases, ensuring that localized text meets the highest linguistic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, isolate, document and verify localization and linguistic issues using test tools and databases.
• Execute test cases and checklists, performing targeted and regression testing across multiple gaming platforms.
• Write clear bug reports following company standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with development and partner teams to ensure fixes are applied correctly.
• Proactively look for gaps in test coverage and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with excellent command of grammar, punctuation and terminology.
• Passionate gamer with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in Warsaw during core business hours.
• Willingness to receive and act on constructive feedback.

Required skills

• Manual testing of localized content.
• Bug reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with test case execution.
