General Ledger Accountant – Italian language

About the role

As a General Ledger Accountant you will manage the accuracy of the General Ledger for Arrow's Italian entities, handle month‑end close, statutory reporting and tax compliance, and support internal and external reporting across Europe and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Control and manage the General Ledger for assigned Arrow companies.
• Complete month‑end financial close procedures and statutory reporting for Italian entities.
• Prepare corporate income tax calculations, VAT, Intrastat and sales list reporting.
• Perform statutory reconciliations, European consolidation and Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.
• Support audit activities, hedging, revaluation and restructuring accounting.
• Assist the Accounting Manager on projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of General Ledger / Record‑to‑Report experience.
• Good understanding of GL, month‑end closing and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of VAT and tax processes for the Italian market.
• Analytical, well‑organized and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Italian (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with Oracle ERP (preferred).
