Full Stack Engineer – AI-native Platform (Warsaw)

About the role

We are building an AI‑native platform that modernises defence, aerospace and industrial supply‑chain operations. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will join a fast‑growing team in Warsaw, working on high‑impact systems that replace legacy processes with autonomous, data‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack application functionality, including frontend UI, backend services/APIs and AI validation workflows.
• Create and evolve database schemas and data models in PostgreSQL.
• Integrate new features with complex legacy environments and ensure seamless data exchange.
• Organise and deliver multiple parallel projects, collaborating with platform and forward‑deployed customer teams.
• Continuously improve code quality, testing, documentation and deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping fast, high‑quality software in ambiguous, rapidly changing settings.
• Experience architecting systems independently and tackling unknown problems with a clear plan of attack.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver at least one full‑stack project (public repo, web app or demo video).
• Low ego, curiosity and intellectual honesty focused on outcomes rather than being right.
• Comfortable working in a high‑accountability, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend library or framework (e.g., Svelte, React, Next.js).
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and ability to write and optimise complex queries.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, automated testing and documentation.
• Ability to design and implement robust backend services and APIs.
