Freelance Senior Customer Experience Consultant Trainer (Automotive)

About the role

CXG is looking for freelance Senior Customer Experience Consultant Trainers to support a global training project for a leading luxury automotive brand. The aim is to build a pool of experienced trainers across several key markets so that training can be delivered locally with high quality. This is a freelance opportunity intended to establish a reliable pool of trainers for ongoing collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in-class and/or remote training sessions.
• Facilitate interactive workshops with a strong focus on engagement and participation.
• Engage confidently with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders.
• Potential involvement in Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Adapt training delivery to the local market context while maintaining global standards.

Required profile

• Senior-level Customer Experience trainer.
• Strong experience in the automotive industry (premium/luxury preferred) or a relevant related industry.
• Proven experience in training delivery and workshop facilitation.
• Comfortable engaging managers and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in the local language of the market, plus a good level of English.

Markets and languages

• Europe: German-speaking trainers (Germany, Austria or Switzerland preferred); Polish-speaking trainers (Poland preferred).
• Americas: Brazilian Portuguese-speaking trainers (Brazil preferred).
