Foreign Trade Specialist

About the role

Join Bosch Automotive Aftermarket's logistics hub in Biskupice Podgórne as a Foreign Trade Specialist. You will work with logistics, customs, compliance and foreign trade teams to ensure smooth cross‑border flow of goods and support digital transformation of trade processes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with foreign trade, customs and internal regulations.
• Act as contact person for internal departments, brokers, customs authorities and the Foreign Trade organization.
• Support tariffing, classification and customs‑relevant master data.
• Analyse and resolve operational customs issues to avoid delivery delays.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardisation in foreign trade.
• Collaborate closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Compliance and other interfaces.
• Create evaluations, risk analyses and recommendations on foreign trade topics.
• Serve as key user for automated customs processes in SAP and GTS and participate in SAP S/4H roll‑out projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of foreign trade and customs procedures.
• Experience working with third‑party companies and international stakeholders.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills.
• Advanced English and Polish; German is a plus.
