Flight Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager to drive the operational delivery and field readiness of our Flight and Lab teams. This hands‑on role bridges R&D, hardware manufacturing and real‑world mission deployment, ensuring drones and ground infrastructure are mission‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Help teams clarify scope, success criteria, acceptance criteria, delivery risks and readiness for field testing.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Flight and Lab team missions, coordinating schedules, reviews and escalations.
• Lead planning, scheduling and execution of R&D flight tasks, tracking ad‑hoc priority activities.
• Oversee the lifecycle of flight equipment: manufacturing, retrofitting, procurement and ground infrastructure readiness.
• Maintain rigorous status, risk and resource tracking for flight and lab throughput.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project, program or delivery management.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end delivery from R&D prototyping to field readiness.
• Strong capability to manage resource dependencies, equipment procurement and supply‑chain tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Ukrainian.
• Comfortable working in high‑uncertainty, mission‑critical environments.
