Financial Process Analyst

About the role

Stats Perform is seeking a Financial Process Analyst to join its Finance team in Katowice. You will support global finance operations by handling vendor invoices, expense claims, and month‑end reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices for Stats Perform entities worldwide.
• Audit employee expense claims for compliance with T&E policy.
• Monitor invoices on hold, pre‑payments and open debit balances, contacting vendors and business owners as needed.
• Prepare month‑end balance‑sheet reconciliations for assigned business units and respond to audit queries.
• Manage shared mailbox, resolve queries from vendors and internal stakeholders, and update SOPs.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Very good spoken and written English and Polish.
• Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems is an asset.
• Understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
