Fall Career Starter Internship – Insurance Operations

About the role

Join Marsh's Fall Career Starter Internship Program, a 4‑month paid internship designed for students and recent graduates. You will work in the European Business Support Center (EBSC) in Warsaw, supporting insurance lifecycle processes and collaborating with a multinational team.

Key responsibilities

• Capture client details accurately in internal systems.
• Prepare documents, review policies and contracts, and create invoices.
• Collect claim information and support colleagues and clients across Europe, primarily via email.
• Participate in team meetings, events, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong command of English (minimum B2) and a second language (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish).
• Student or recent graduate seeking first professional experience.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, fast learner with basic analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office package.
