Experienced Web Scraping Engineer - Python (Remote)

About the role

Oxylabs is looking for an experienced Web Scraping Engineer to develop and maintain large‑scale scrapers and parsing solutions. You will work on a platform handling over 60 PB of monthly data traffic and support Fortune 500 customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable web scrapers using Python and related technologies.
• Define resilient scraping strategies and unblock websites for data extraction.
• Improve system observability and maintain existing scraping infrastructure.
• Develop back‑end solutions for complex scraping and parsing problems.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Python and version control (Git).
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and computational complexity.
• Familiarity with network protocols (TLS/SSL) and browser automation tools.
• Ability to work with asynchronous programming and various scraping techniques.
