Event Planner – Multilingual (English + 5 languages)

About the role

Amex GBT is seeking a remote Event Planner based in Poland to coordinate and implement meeting programs for clients worldwide. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑impact events while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination and implementation of program logistics, including vendor selection, contract management, and cost control.
• Research and manage relationships with preferred vendors to secure high‑quality services.
• Oversee online registration platforms, assist event owners with attendee communication, and ensure user‑friendly registration sites.
• Handle venue logistics, coordinate vendor performance, and act as a resource for event staff.
• Conduct post‑event debriefs, provide detailed briefing reports, and develop service‑recovery plans.
• Maintain knowledge of technology solutions such as Cvent.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one of French, Spanish, German, Swedish, or Norwegian.
• Passion for project, meetings, and client management with experience delivering events within budget.
• Strong prioritization and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with event management software (Cvent).
