Engineering Manager – SAEEC

About the role

We’re looking for an eager and knowledgeable Product Designer to join our technical team in Warsaw, Poland. You’ll be expected to utilize bleeding‑edge technology and robust techniques while communicating effectively and managing multiple tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor current code to a service‑oriented architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver optimal customer solutions.
• Solve technical problems that few have tackled before.
• Participate in decision‑making processes and voice your ideas.
• Mentor team members, sharing passion for software engineering.
• Improve quality, speed, and scalability of built solutions.
• Take part in the on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software design experience.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative and innovative thinking.
• Basic understanding of materials and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of proven design patterns and data structures/algorithms.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements.
