EMEA Demand Planner – Demand Plan Optimization & Execution

About the role

As an EMEA Demand Planner you will bridge the gap between business‑facing demand planning and supply chain teams, using advanced modelling to optimise forecasts and support production planning across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between demand planning and supply chain/manufacturing functions.
• Optimise statistical baseline forecasts with advanced modelling techniques in the demand planning tool.
• Coordinate demand planning exceptions such as out‑of‑control demand, forecast bias, and unusual consumption.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of demand plans in planning systems.
• Maintain system data integrity and forecasting parameters.
• Drive adoption of automated and AI‑driven forecasting methods.
• Provide standard templates and business intelligence for forecast performance discussions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Supply key demand inputs to Supply and Production Planning teams.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in demand planning, supply chain, or data analytics.
• Experience with demand and ERP planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP/APO).
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, forecasting techniques, and statistics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and capable of driving process improvements.
• Experience in cross‑functional, international teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• High multicultural awareness and emotional intelligence.
