Distribution Partner Sales (Warsaw)

About the role

Huawei is a leading global provider of ICT infrastructure and smart devices, operating in more than 170 countries. The Distribution Partner Sales role in Warsaw focuses on expanding Huawei’s distribution ecosystem and driving sustainable business growth through partner collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement distribution channel strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new channel opportunities, expand partner coverage and strengthen the distribution ecosystem.
• Create joint business plans with key partners and drive go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Manage sell‑in and sell‑out performance through effective channel management and demand planning.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams on product portfolio, inventory planning and order fulfillment.
• Support launch and promotion of new products, communicating Huawei’s value proposition to partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews, analyze performance and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in channel or distribution sales, preferably in ICT, telecommunications or technology.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth through channel development.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with distributors, resellers and system integrators.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with ownership of business objectives.
