Digital Marketing Trainee - Early Careers Program

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Digital Marketing Trainee to support the Global Digital Marketing team. You will work closely with Project Managers, Marketing, Brand, IT and technology teams to help deliver digital projects that drive Alcon’s transformation and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing end‑to‑end delivery of website builds, page updates and functionality enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to support the development of CRM programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Help coordinate delivery of digital products such as apps, tools and interfaces.
• Ensure quality standards are met, including compliance, branding, content, QA/testing, regulatory approval, tagging/analytics and fault fixes.
• Track project timelines and report progress regularly.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• University degree or Masters in Business, Marketing or Digital disciplines.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of QA testing processes.
