Data Scientist with German – Sales Analytics

About the role

Join the GS‑DATA Sales Analytics team as a Data Scientist, working on cutting‑edge AI and generative‑AI solutions to optimise pricing and drive smarter banking. You will collaborate with stakeholders and junior team members to develop, deploy and maintain advanced models.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the product portfolio with traditional ML, deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI and agentic AI use cases.
• Deploy, monitor and optimise models, validating results and ensuring compliance with AI governance.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering and analysis to uncover patterns and trends.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate data‑science use cases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and mentor junior colleagues.

Required profile

• University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas) and SQL.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Terraform and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
• Solid knowledge of machine‑learning and generative‑AI use cases.
• Fluent communication in English, German and Polish.
