Data Analytics & BI Manager

About the role

ABB is seeking a Data Analytics & BI Manager to lead a global team delivering analytics services for the Automation Business. You will shape technology roadmaps, ensure service efficiency, and drive data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional global teams to maintain and enhance analytics services, solutions, and applications.
• Plan and manage organization‑wide processes, tools, and risk‑management techniques for business operations.
• Define metrics to assess technology effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and create business value.
• Establish and manage analytics methods and capabilities to generate insights and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading analytics, data, IT services or BI teams in a global environment.
• Proven ability to manage business stakeholders, prioritize demand and translate requirements into sustainable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with analytics platforms and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of data management and service operations.
