Customer Success Partner – German Speaking

About the role

Join Maersk’s newly created team in Warsaw as a Customer Success Partner supporting sales and customer success activities. You will act as a key contact for German‑speaking customers, ensuring accurate quoting and a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and customer success teams with daily quoting and commercial tasks.
• Manage customer requests and spot quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Communicate updates on services, pricing, and changes to German‑speaking customers.
• Resolve queries and issues by collaborating across functions.
• Maintain data, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• German language at B1/B2 level or higher.
• Good English communication skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer care, sales support, quoting or related operational roles.
• Strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
