Customer Service Representative (Polish Speaking) – Plastics Engineering

About the role

Resinex is looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative in Warsaw to support its Sales Team. You will manage customer orders end-to-end, keeping them accurate, timely and of high quality, and act as the main contact for customers, suppliers and international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and high service quality
• Maintain daily contact with customers, suppliers and international teams by email and phone
• Monitor order status, handle exceptions and resolve issues proactively so orders are fulfilled smoothly
• Work closely with Logistics, Finance and Accounting teams to ensure correct documentation and efficient processes
• Maintain high data quality in systems and help improve processes through adherence and training

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher; graduates of chemistry-related or technical fields are welcome
• Experience in customer service, sales support or order management in a B2B environment
• Confident with digital tools and order management / CRM systems
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy and a structured approach to daily tasks
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
• Communicative level of English for daily cooperation with international stakeholders
