Contract Analyst (Portuguese) – Remote

About the role

LexisNexis, part of RELX, is seeking a Contract Analyst who is fluent in Portuguese to join its global client service team. Working remotely from Poland, you will support contract review and data analysis services for a diverse portfolio of international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse contract data according to defined processes, quality standards and service level agreements.
• Perform quality checks, provide feedback and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Conduct contract review and peer‑review activities in both English and Portuguese.
• Utilise internal systems, tools and reference materials to ensure accurate and consistent delivery.
• Support reporting, process improvement and client‑service activities while adhering to data‑privacy and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Law degree, legal background, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Additional European language skills (e.g., Spanish, Italian) are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience in contract review, data analysis, quality assurance or legal operations.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools is advantageous.
