Client Partner – US Market

About the role

We are looking for a Client Partner to manage and grow our existing client portfolio, primarily in the US market. You will act as a senior trusted advisor, building executive relationships and shaping digital transformation roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth across an assigned portfolio of existing clients, including revenue expansion and long‑term relationship strength.
• Build and maintain relationships at Director, VP, C‑suite, and executive‑board levels.
• Identify business needs, pain points, and growth opportunities proactively.
• Guide clients through digital transformation roadmaps and next‑step planning.
• Collaborate with founders, Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to turn project signals into new initiatives and commercial proposals.
• Run structured account reviews, backlog reviews, growth plans, and decision‑oriented client meetings.
• Translate client problems and delivery insights into clear internal actions.
• Be present on‑site with clients when required and gradually take over selected client relationships from the founders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B client‑facing roles within software houses, IT consulting, delivery, or technology services (5+ years preferred).
• Proven experience growing existing client accounts.
• Confidence in conversations with senior decision‑makers.
• Strong understanding of software delivery and complex technology services.
• Very strong business English (C1/C2) and experience working with US‑based clients.
• Readiness for travel and on‑site client meetings.
• Business maturity, autonomy, and proactive style.
• Ability to speak credibly about business, technology, and delivery.
