Channel Service Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Channel Service Manager in Warsaw to lead and grow relationships with service partners in the photovoltaic (PV) sector. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality service delivery, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across Huawei’s renewable‑energy portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with PV service partners, driving performance and compliance.
• Design and improve partner operation systems, including certification, authorization and performance evaluation.
• Create partner capability frameworks, talent development strategies and training programmes.
• Support partners in building training capabilities using Huawei’s enablement platforms.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, cybersecurity, privacy and information‑security standards.
• Manage installer engagement programmes and incentive policies for certification.
• Monitor partner performance, identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and support to help partners become professional, reliable channel service providers.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the PV industry, including PV systems, inverters and energy storage solutions.
• Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, power electronics, power systems and grid‑connection principles.
• Experience with PV system operation, performance evaluation, troubleshooting and basic energy‑management concepts.
• Familiarity with service‑operation quality standards and compliance requirements in renewable energy.
