Cash Collection Specialist with French

About the role

The Cash Collection Specialist will identify outstanding balances, initiate collection activities and resolve overdue payments. You will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment supporting B2B relationships and ensuring accurate cash handling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle B2B relations with stakeholders and collect due receivables.
• Influence customers, negotiate and build long‑term business relationships via phone and email.
• Prepare ad‑hoc, daily or monthly reports and forecasts.
• Deal with unallocated cash and obtain remittance advice from clients.
• Investigate aged receivables, report bad‑debt positions and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics or a recognized accounting qualification.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar cash collection or accounts receivable role.
• Excellent spoken and written English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and practical knowledge of Excel.

Required skills

• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Previous experience in an SSC or BPO environment.
