About the role
As a Cash Collection Specialist you will identify outstanding balances and lead collection activities, ensuring timely resolution of aged receivables and reducing bad debt for Marsh Fiduciary.
Key responsibilities
- Support Marsh Fiduciary KPIs such as cash collection, DRO and bad debt reduction.
- Research, investigate and clear outstanding balances, reporting aged receivables.
- Promote Marsh policies, apply operational controls and mitigate business risk.
- Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, insurers and third‑party partners.
- Prioritise workload to meet deadlines while delivering high‑quality service.
Required profile
- University degree in finance, economics or a recognised accounting qualification.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar cash collection or credit management role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
