Business Architect – Technology Managed Services

About the role

The Business Architect will join PwC's JV Solution Lab team to shape and govern technology‑managed service offerings across the German and Central‑Eastern European territories. You will ensure that services are scalable, repeatable, commercially viable and aligned with PwC methodologies and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end governance of client, solution and engagement activation for generic technology‑managed services.
• Collaborate with Service Architects to translate business, commercial and operational requirements into service designs.
• Partner with Business and Client Engagement Managers to maintain consistent value propositions, service scopes and commercial logic.
• Co‑design and oversee pilot execution, evaluate outcomes and prepare hand‑over to steady‑state operations.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, including workshops and demos, to define and structure managed‑service engagements.
• Drive pipeline growth across multiple territories, service towers and industries.
• Support cross‑border collaboration between Germany and CEE territories and contribute to a network of key stakeholders.
• Ensure service designs follow agreed methodologies, patterns and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven ability to align cross‑border teams and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Strong understanding of technology‑managed services propositions such as cloud, data analytics, AI and cybersecurity.
• Experience with bids, proposals and consulting engagements.
• Effective leadership and solution‑design experience in managed‑services delivery.
• Collaborative mindset and proactive problem‑solving approach.
