Business Analyst – Time Management (Replicon)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Time Management (Replicon) to join our Internal Business Application Centre in Warsaw. You will work closely with business and product owners to translate strategic road‑maps into clear requirements and user stories, supporting the delivery of high‑quality time‑tracking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories based on product roadmaps.
• Clarify business objectives and refine user stories for delivery teams.
• Solve business problems in cross‑functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Support all phases of application systems analysis, applying SDLC knowledge (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Conduct requirements elicitation and translate them into appropriate deliverables.
• Configure packaged applications using Agile requirements methods.
• Manage vendor statements of work, SLA measures and acceptance criteria to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in IT system/software development and project management.
• Experience with software development projects, infrastructure, SaaS and/or Cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to document accurate business requirements and present measurable business value.
• Experience leading requirements elicitation, validation, Fit/Gap analysis and testing support with stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills for business requirements and test cases.
• Ability to model business processes and understand impacts of proposed solutions.
• Experience aligning with a global vision for time‑management and supporting deployments across territories.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and AI‑powered tools.
