Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our digital transformation team. You will act as the bridge between client business needs and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications for development teams.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision‑making.
• Define, model and optimise business processes to improve efficiency.
• Create documentation such as workflows, reports and project roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align all parties on project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication (C1 level or higher).
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
