Business Analyst - Insurance (German)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in insurance who is fluent in German and English. You will join a consulting team that supports digital transformation projects for insurance clients across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Work on modernization and development projects for insurance systems.
• Support clients in digitising their core business areas.
• Analyse insurance‑related business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring solution feasibility.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimise processes, enable data‑driven decisions and drive transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Several years of consulting experience in the insurance sector.
• Proven background in business analysis, project work and workshop facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of key insurance processes.
• Analytical mindset, organised work style and clear communication of complex topics.
• Interest in AI applications for process improvement and innovation.
• Experience in an international environment and willingness to travel across Europe.
• Very good command of German and English.
• Proactive, collaborative and team‑oriented attitude.
