Brand Systems Lead

About the role

Volue is looking for a Brand Systems Lead to own and scale its visual brand system. You will combine design expertise with systems thinking to create consistent, on‑brand output while leveraging AI‑assisted production to increase speed without adding headcount.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the visual brand system, building scalable design templates across formats.
• Maintain a living, documented design library in Figma and ensure brand consistency across all assets.
• Quality‑check creative output against brand standards and produce assets directly when needed.
• Brief and guide freelancers on execution.
• Build and maintain AI‑assisted production pipelines, automating repeatable content workflows.
• Develop structured, versioned prompt libraries for image and copy generation.
• Evaluate, integrate, and set quality frameworks for new AI tools.
• Support the team in adopting AI‑augmented ways of working.
• Create ClickUp workflow automations, modular asset templates, and automated performance reporting.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in design, creative operations, or creative technology (agency or in‑house B2B preferred).
• Strong design foundation with a keen eye for quality and proficiency in Figma.
• Hands‑on experience with AI image‑ and copy‑generation tools and an understanding of their strengths and limitations.
• Comfort with reusable, versioned prompt structures.
• Proven ability to build automations, templates, or tooling that others use (e.g., Zapier, Make, ClickUp).
