Associate Manager Asset (Inventory, Supply Planning)

About the role

This role is responsible for optimizing asset and inventory deployment across Poland, influencing capital efficiency, financial performance, and customer outcomes. You will partner with local and regional leaders to turn data into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive asset and inventory optimization by collaborating with Business Unit, Finance, and Supply Planning teams.
• Analyze utilization, inventory levels, and ROI to recommend consignment levels, deployment, and capital investments.
• Own local governance, ensuring compliance with financial controls, regulatory standards, and internal audit requirements.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including write‑offs, disposals, expiry management, and product phase‑in/phase‑out activities.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to assets and inventory, providing insights to local leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Tender teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or supply chain planning.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Experience working in a matrixed, international organization, preferably in healthcare.
• People management experience and Lean or continuous improvement certification are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system.
