Assistant Store Manager – Warsaw – Westfield Arkadia

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards in the Westfield Arkadia location in Warsaw.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing profit opportunities.
• Set daily and weekly sales targets for the team and monitor performance through reports.
• Control store costs, manage stock, payroll, administration and staff rotas.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Take charge of store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with experience leading and developing a retail team.
• Proven ability to work with KPIs and sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing store operations, stock and administrative duties.
• Motivational leadership style to exceed performance goals.
